Mortgage Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our growing mortgage and protection team.  

The role of Mortgage Administrator will involve providing administration support to the sales team, case managing files accurately within prescribed time-scales and focusing on achieving excellent customer service at all times. We are seeking an individual who can take ownership of customers’ queries ensuring appropriate solutions are given and seen through to conclusion.

Mortgage Adviser

Our highly reputable, award winning West Midlands based business is looking to grow. Founded in 1999, our experienced network of IFAs and Mortgage Advisers consists of 12 Advisers and 14 highly skilled support staff.

If you are a self-employed Mortgage Adviser looking to grow your business with no cap on the income you can earn through generous reward terms and build your client bank with the support of in house marketing team,  admin support leaving you to focus on fee earning work, smart digital platforms and established infrastructure, Financial Advice Centre Ltd could be the organisation for you.

Admin, Client & Business Development Support

  • Efficient, well run Infrastructure and Support Team to free up your time to grow your client base.
  • All aspects of Compliance and Administrative support with top backend systems
  • Industry leading CRM software – outstanding back-office systems, diary management and document storing software.
  • Electronic storage and archiving of client files with integrated Mortgage Brain for sourcing
  • Access to technical support and assistance from management with product placement, including difficult to place mortgages, second charges, bridging and commercial mortgages to ensure the highest quality advice.
  • Cutting edge, personalised client communications, proactive marketing and lead generation support.
  • Working alongside a team of highly skilled technical experts.
  • Training – remote, group and 1-1 to suit your needs.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • A track record of providing mortgage and protection led advice
  • A strong work ethic with a hunger to write good levels of compliant business
  • An honest and trustworthy attitude
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with an ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on mortgages and insurances products from the whole of the market.
  • You will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and will have the flexibility to control your own diary and working days/hours.
  • Be able to prepare for future appointments and generate referrals whilst attracting new customers and business
