Job description

Main activities:

  • To provide a full administrative and support service in a busy working office environment.
  • Screen telephone calls, take messages and respond to routine enquiries
  • Open and distribute post
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide detailed information by answering questions and requests
  • Processing new client business
  • Preparing reports
  • Servicing existing clients
  • Upkeep of our company database
  • Assisting the Office Manager
  • General office tasks
  • Knowledge of provider platforms and Intelligent Office would be desirable, however, not essential
  • Skills required: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good understanding of IT and the ability to learn new skills
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Professionalism
  • Organisation skills
  • Attention to detail/High levels of accuracy
  • Good telephone manner

Additional pay: Bonus scheme
